Seminar payment terms and regulations.

  1. These seminar payment terms and regulations. refer to foreign participants. 

  2. The cost of the seminar, the amount of advance payment, payment terms, date, venue and the schedule are described in the seminar description on the page The Holimed Institute and also on the Facebook page of The Holimed Institute in the post concerning the seminar or in the event concerning the seminar.

  3. Payments should be made by bank transfer. Information (name, address) of the bank are below.
  4. The date of the conclusion of the agreement shall be the date when the advance or full payment shall be transferred to the organizer’s bank account.
  5. The participant has the right to withdraw from the agreement without giving any reason within 14 days from its conclusion. In such case, the full amount of money shall be returned to the participant’s bank account within 10 working days.   6. After 14 days from the conclusion of the agreement, the transferred amount of money shall not be returned and shall be passed to the costs of organising the seminar. It is possible to transfer the paid amount of money to another person who has not been previously registered (change of the participant), as long as this person is able to participate in the seminar according to its schedule and the rules described, among others in point 1.
  7. IMPORTANT NOTE.

a) The organizer shall have the right to cancel the event, change its date or venue due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure events or major organisational reasons or too small number of registered participants.

 

b) We also inform that the organizer bears no responsibility, including no financial responsibility arising from the abovementioned situation, especially in connection with the refund of costs related to hotel bookings, accommodation, transport, flights, work leave and other costs borne by participants.

 

c) In such case the organizer shall refund all payment made to the organizer’s bank account within 10 days of the information of the seminar cancellation. 

 

d) In case of postponing the date of a seminar because of the reasons mentioned in point 7 a) of the Seminar Payment Terms and Regulations, a participant has the right to transfer the paid amount of money to another person who has not been previously registered (change of the participant), as long as this person is able to participate in the seminar according to its schedule and the rules described, among others in point 1. It is also possible, upon written consent of the organiser, to transfer the money to pay for other seminar or a seminar on the same subject and the same numbers of hours but organized at some other time.

 

e) In case of postponing the date of a seminar because of the reasons mentioned in point 7 a) of the Seminar Payment Terms and Regulations, the participant does not have the right to get the refund of the money paid for the seminar.

 

f) Making payment for the seminar means accepting the terms and regulations of the seminar including the rules of making payments and payments’ refunds.

 

 

Registration for the seminar.

  2. Participants shall be entered on the list according to the order of payments.

  3. In the bank transfer description please write: “Name and surname, name of the seminar, month, year”, e.g. John Smith, Jing Fang 2, June 2018.
  4. Discounts.

    The rules and description of possible discounts shall be placed together with the seminar’s description on page www.holimed.edu.pl and also on the Facebook page of The Holimed Institute in the post concerning the seminar or in the event concerning the seminar.

Service complaint and withdrawal from the contract.

  1. The sale agreement covers the services of participation in training seminars, participation in conferences, participation in educational meetings and other educational and information events.

  3. It is recommended that the complaint include a brief description of the defect, circumstances (including the date) of its occurrence, data of the Customer submitting the complaint, and the Customer's request in relation to the service defect.
  4. The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract of sale without giving reasons within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase, which is considered to be the payment of part or all of the service fee.
